结构及工作原理

 

袋式过滤器是一种压力式过滤装置，主要由过滤筒体、过滤筒盖和快开机构、不锈钢滤袋加强网等主要部件组成，滤液由过滤机外壳的旁侧入口管流入滤袋，滤袋本身是装置在加强网篮内，液体渗透过所需要细度等级的滤袋即能获得合格的滤液，杂质颗粒被滤袋拦截。该机更换滤袋十分方便，过滤基本无物料消耗。

 

袋式过滤器具备构造合理、密封性好、流通才能强、操作简便等诸多长处。尤其是滤袋侧漏机率小，能正确地保障过滤精度，并能快捷地改换滤袋，使得操作成本下降。滤器内外表面采取机械喷砂抛光解决，平均、易清洗。

 

袋式过滤器所采取的过滤方法是侧进侧出的方法，也可以采取侧进底出的方法，通过管道中的压力将过滤液体介质压入或抽入袋式过滤器桶体，要过滤的液体介质经由电抛光冲孔支持滤蓝承托的过滤袋的过滤，发生变化的固液分别到达液体介质被过滤的结果。

 

袋式过滤器的结构设计是由四套摇锤式环首螺栓将顶盖和滤筒密封锁紧，使过滤器更能承受极高的过滤压力和水锤式的压力冲击。袋式过滤器由滤筒，过滤网篮，过滤袋三部分组成，结构紧凑简单；要过滤的液体经过滤器的进口进入，流进过滤袋，经过滤袋的拦截后，由过滤器的出口流出。

 

袋式过滤器的进出口设计一般采用侧进底出方式，方便清洗。

袋式过滤器操作

 

袋式过滤器操作简单，使用时只需将所需要细度等级的滤袋安装在滤筒内，检查O型密封圈是否完好，然后旋紧滤筒盖环形螺栓，即可投入工作。

 

泵启动后，过滤机上压力表微微上升，初始压力约0.05MPa左右，随着使用时间的延长，缸内滤渣逐渐增多，当压力达到0.4MPa时，应停机打开筒盖，检查滤机袋留渣情况，可更换滤袋继续使用（滤袋通过清洗一般可重复使用）。

 

袋式过滤器压力一般调在0.1-0.3MPa比较合适，可通过回流管路或泵上回流阀来调节，过滤压力过高会损坏滤袋以及保护网，需格外注意。

Bag filter is a kind of pressure type filter unit, mainly by filter cylinder, cylinder lid, and quick opening mechanism, stainless steel filter bag to strengthen network main parts, such as the filtrate by filter shell side inlet tube into the filter bag, filter bag itself is a device in strengthening a basket with netting on top, liquid penetrant over fineness required for grades of filter bag which can obtain qualified filtrate, impurity particles blocked by the filter bag. It is very convenient to replace the filter bag, and there is basically no material consumption.

 

 

 

Bag filter has many advantages such as reasonable structure, good sealing, strong circulation ability and easy operation. In particular, the filter bag side leakage probability is small, can correctly guarantee the filtration accuracy, and can quickly change the filter bag, so that the operating cost is reduced. The inner and outer surface of the filter adopts mechanical sandblasting polishing solution, which is average and easy to clean.

The structure design of bag filter is that the top cover and the filter barrel are tightly sealed by four sets of swing hammer ring head bolts, so that the filter can withstand extremely high filtration pressure and water hammer type pressure impact. The bag filter consists of three parts: the filter cylinder, the filter basket and the filter bag. The liquid to be filtered enters through the inlet of the filter, flows into the filter bag, passes through the interception of the filter bag and flows out through the outlet of the filter.

 

 

 

The inlet and outlet design of bag filter generally adopts side in and bottom out method for easy cleaning.

Bag filter operation

 

 

 

The bag filter is simple to operate. When using it, you only need to install the filter bag with the required degree of fineness in the filter cylinder, check whether the o-type sealing ring is intact, then tighten the ring bolt of the filter cylinder cover, and it can be put into work.

 

 

 

After the pump is started, the pressure gauge on the filter machine rises slightly, the initial pressure is about 0.05mpa. With the extension of the service time, the filter residue in the cylinder gradually increases. When the pressure reaches 0.4mpa, the cylinder cover should be shut down to check the residual residue in the filter bag.

 

 

 

The pressure of bag filter is generally adjusted at 0.1-0.3mpa, which can be adjusted through the reflux pipeline or the reflux valve on the pump. If the filtration pressure is too high, the filter bag and protective net will be damaged.
